Processing and design:

The processing of the keyboard, I feel very good and high quality. The pressure point is somewhat vague, but to enter text with a Smart TV or just the Fire TV more than adequate. Long texts I do not want to write it.
On the back there are 4 rubber feet and the battery compartment for the 2 AA batteries, and the ON / OFF switch. A tilt adjustment does not exist.
Installation:

On the PC, the keyboard has been recognized with me under Windows 7 64Bit immediately, also at the Fire TV. Simply plug in the USB dongle and turn on the keyboard.
Use with the Fire TV:
===================
In fact, the Logitech K400r works almost perfectly with the Fire TV! It can even suspend on! Although performed as K400, one actually receives the K400r when ordering.
The keyboard is detected by plugging the USB dongle immediately.
What works:
----------------------
The play buttons for play / pause / fast forward and rewind, the arrow keys to navigate through the menus, Enter to select, the home button and the power button, which puts the Fire TV to standby. That is, the LED turns off and the screen goes dark. After repeated pressing the Fire TV turns on again, exactly to the spot where they had previously turned off. The ammeter I have only 1 watt measured in standby mode. The letter entry works in all applications, but with US layout, ie "Y" and "Z" are reversed.
What does not work:

Although the Search button to start the menu for voice search, but it is not working. On YouTube, the selection also was not working. I start on YouTube but XBMC / Kodi, I can even use the TouchPad to select videos to play with it.

It is at this keyboard to a keyboard with German layout Fire TV but still currently working with the US layout. Ie special characters, etc. are not where they belong actually. I have stored in my comments a link where you can view the actual occupation. Special characters such as the "@" you can with the help of this overview course use, without having to take the Fire TV remote to help. "Y" and "Z" are reversed. Since I assume that Amazon, the assignment might still change, I use the keyboard with other devices and no long texts write, I have no problem. The keyboard is worthwhile in any case, especially when you use apps like YouTube that require text input.
Also can thus correct the deficiency, the inability to switch to standby Fire TV!
