works and does not bother the head

As in some previous reviews some disturbances were mentioned, I can only say that this is partly true. I had given this device to my father for his birthday. Well like my father wanted his old TV (Loewe, more than 13 years old) have ausgestatet so. Unfortunately, this did not work out, because exactly came the disorders that have been described in previous reviews. So that a noise was heard very loud and the sound came out very quietly. Now I thought, standing there in the operating instructions that my DSL router caused the disturbance, since this was only 4m away and Wi-Fi is active.
Now I would not give up without a fight the new device. My parents have 3 TVs and well diesr a TV which did not work with the device, I tried the device to my old small TV out (Philipps, 11 years) there functioned the unit with no audible noise but I was on the left side more sound than on the right side, also regulating the headphone sides has brought nothing.
So I tested now the last and latest TV (TechniSat, built in 2011). I joined the unit and it worked immediately to set up the no interference and both left and right side turn me the same volume and tone out. It will work even though my DSL router is removed here 7m. And I can with the device in the ear even go through several rooms without interruptions of volume or sound skip. Wow, my father is happy, and my mother also.

Conclusion: Older TV models seem to have more problems. In the non-functioning devices eventually These were CRT TV and at the working TV to LCD TV. Perhaps it is due to this difference that the interference will not occur.

Anyway, I recommend interested in the item because it is simple and compact.
