Given the price paid (8) is quite correct. The device can simultaneously charge multiple devices, as long as the required load is not too high.
Indeed, power meter that measured the intensity output, it does not correspond to what is indicated. Acceptable for the price.
In practice 1A taken do not exceed 0.5A and 1.3A charging socket is the best, that indicated to 2.1A!
Namely so and use for a slow recharge your devices.
