The adapter cable works great properly and is recognized directly as a USB-MIDI cable into the settings of my music program. A disruptive latency there is - at least on a MacBook Pro - with me not. Great Value for money!
A tip to connect: I'm always initially confused again that I (and vice versa) should be stuck with my old Yamaha keyboard the IN connector of the adapter into the OUT connector of the keyboard.
