When I had brought my new graphics card (XFX GeForce 7600GT), I needed an adapter from DVI to VGA, to continue to operate my beamer. This adapter was cheap and well rated, so I brought him to me. It works fine, but I find the quality marginally worse than with my old VGA card. But this may also be because I use a 10m VGA cable, so the adapter may not come as much clear.
The problem for me was that the adapter does not let correctly tighten on the graphics card because the screws were too long. Have the screws so withdrawn with little violence and a pair of pliers and put 2 small washers between. Now it is firmly seated. Therefore I can only recommend it. In a pinch, you need a little help out stop ;-)
