The cable is actually a bit short but really you can let the MP3 player all the time in the glove compartment. Device is also loaded on the cable. Within a few seconds, the MMI of the A5 detects the iPod and can be selected from external sources. The service runs entirely via the Audi MMI system! Perfect! Why buy the expensive original part!
