Following the comment I've read on the connection.
Just press hard on the button with the phone, until the blue LED lights up continuously. Do not let go when lights flashing !!
Once done, the phone recognizes it immediately.
Just confirm.

In terms of the held to the ear, without the earloop, ca not well wishes, but with the earloop, this is perfect.
The height adjustment allows more stalling the headset into the ear well.

After some tests, works perfectly.
