I use this remote control on a mini-PC that runs OpenELEC NUC (Linux) with XBMC media center. I connected the remote cable to the USB port and everything worked immediately the first time.
The remote control works perfectly with the standard keys and shortcuts to go directly to the movies, photos, music also work perfectly.
The built-in mouse can be used in troubleshooting and also works perfectly.

A great buy and compatibility with Linux and XBMC OpenELEC.
