Fire Cast is the transmitter app that is installed on the Android Tablet. The receiver app called Fire Cast Player and can be on the Amazon Fire TV install (See under Fire Cast Player). With the browser of Fire Cast choosing eg the website of Youtube, examined the film, start it and puts it on a full screen. A popup window will appear, allowing you to select the Amazon Fire TV. Fire Cast on the tablet recognizes the Amazon Fire TV on the same WiFi network and automatically connects to (even the Fire Cast Player starts automatically when a movie is sent). After the film is running full-screen on the tablet, you can send it to the Amazon Fire TV, where he continues to run even if one stops him on the tablet. The free version lets the film run but just ten minutes. I have therefore via in-app purchase (258 Amazon Coins) the upgrade to the so-called Flamin 'edition, which was a matter of one minute. Then yet started the new app and the time limit was shut down successfully. When the film for Amazon Fire TV was beamed, one can on the Kindle even via the menu item Exit completely exit the app and it runs anyway on the television on. A fantastic app that saves me buying a Chromecast.
