Unable to make it work in the state, some boxes were rotten and firmware must first configure it with an impossible trick guessing oneself (I finally found with the hours spent on a forum). What to do:

1) diodes Cpl case should be all green, those of Cpl wifi green and blue green (blue diode for wifi).
2) go to firefox, the tab 'content' change the preferred language and put English first.
3) connect you to your Cpl wifi box (on windows, the manager of networks)
4) launch your internet browser on mywifiext.net.
5) configure your wifi Cpl box and click "take me to the internet."
6) enjoy (finally) your case.

Good but unacceptable bug kit from Netgear.
