So let's start with the product itself, nothing to say, functional, simple and do what is asked without problem. By cons I had read by another user that made the printer was not working in wifi with the Freebox, for my part I have not had any problems and everything works fine with my freebox.
But then the delivery, comes out of the printer box, carton printer stoned, ripped scotch, and address pasted on cardboard. After immediately call the Amazon customer service, they did refund 15% of the product, so fast and quality customer service, but I'm still a little bitter face delivery.
