Worth every penny of the purchase price

About this lens yet to write a review, really unnecessary for the number of the foregoing, where my Mitrezensenten have already said everything. So I want to confine mainly on my impressions me here. This Canon 1.8 / 85mm USM I mostly on my Canon EOS 6D and Canon EOS 70D, which is fully developed in the full format of the EOS 6D its true strength. The picture quality is simply brilliant in my view, nothing more to add. On the EOS 70D, it is similar, with 1.6 times longer by the crop factor, the focal length, and thus the image section is correspondingly smaller. Added to this is that the viewfinder image is extremely bright due to the high light intensity, to make framing easy assessment accordingly.
The lens has a metal bayonet is very well made and pleasantly light. Canon Specifically, also here once again that the lens hood is missing.
All things considered, this 1.8 / 85mm USM Canon in my opinion highly recommended especially at this excellent price / performance ratio.
