Would be useful if you would fit because ... have found alternative!

One would think, 19in Power Strips fit in a 19 inch rack. Well, complete with screw-on brackets is the outer dimension 19 inches, the bar so could be screwed fit.
Unfortunately, it has been retouched sent on the product photo, the laterally outwardly extended cable. I've been trying to build in the bar in 2 different 19-inch racks, one was even built themselves, the other is finished industrial goods. In both cases, the power cord is extremely bent, the bar must therefore be "clamped" in the rack by force. So once it is feared that there is a defect in the cable. Moreover, the pressure on the 2 tiny screws the side angle is so strong that I think it is possible that the screws break out the delicate threads of plastic socket.

The bar I returned, the purchase amount is refunded, 3.80 Loss for the return I have to wear.

Have after long searches to find the net that well out perform most Kontrukteure such power strips the power cord from the side, in the product photos which is often barely visible.
Finally, I have a 19 inch bar found that probably will always fit: Rittal socket DK 7240,260!
Here the actual socket housing is much shorter, so that here too laterally outwardly extended power cable is routed without kinks into the rack. The bar will cost considerably more, however, is housed in a sturdy aluminum housing, the angle can be screwed in 4 positions, thus including wall or table would be easy.
However, the power cable is provided at the end with a 3-pin IEC socket, either a suitable connection cable must be supplemented replaced by a conventional plug or, is therefore to be done in the latter case without Schrauberei.
It may well be expert hobbyists, which embarrassed the side cable connection to the back and get the Equip-bar in rack's. Did even the bar once screwed, but it seems to me to be awkward.
If I buy a product so simple as an outlet, I expect that this product operates correctly.
