This new controller for the Xbox (One), has taken the best points of the previous (360) by improving:

Better integration of the battery, better ergonomics for comfort during long gaming sessions, analog sticks smaller and more precise with fewer dead zones, vibrant analog triggers, higher reactivity

Possibility to switch wired through a micro-USB connector

A small regret: no recharge kit included (battery + charging cable)

Last, it will be compatible on PC in 2014
