Take them for what they are: in-ear bluetooth dedicated to sports. For the rest, that is to say listening to quality music, go your way, and definitely prefer a real headphones as Phillips Fidelio M1 for example. So yes for sport as light, well hold on the ear, and provide sound ... well I would say, not saturated and clean. I thought after reading some tests, finding a helmet capable of providing a low shallow ("enormous" some say) and to replace my Fidélio during some trips but sound reproduction side, we are light years from a real headphones.
