When unpacking and using first looked at me, my colleagues in several respects with big eyes.
- Do I need a tripod as high pullout?
- YES! The possibility of it at a fairly stable way extend as high creativity can increase again.
- Do you need metal spikes (here wonderfully processed in the foot inserted!)
- YES! Last in the river bed it was a little slippery :-) more for me than for my Metallfusserl Sirui
- Do you need a well-made supplied bag?
- YES! It is included in the price. And though not as pretty but practical (compact) than my Manfrotto pocket.
- Do you need Carbon?
- Yes and no! I do not want to miss the stability. I want the "lightness" not to miss. Due to the size and stability
plays here but only the Carbon version this little piece. A wood / metal tripod probably provides more stability.
- Is there a better provider?
- Certainly, but not even close to this price! Offer Gitzo and Feisol, etc. similar, partially or worse
less equipped stands for much more capital.
- If seals rub at the beginning? NO! Here actually my only real NEGATIVE point. The fasteners (rubber) turns from the start a little.
Fortunately goods by one / two days intensively employ dyeing almost gone.
- A quick something positive! Is it possible to deal simple and build together. If something goes wet or dirty is simple to clean.
I own a 5d MarkIII with KIT 24-105 and 70-200 f4 - In conjunction with the K30 head I can imagine nothing better for my money.
I would not have to look at the costs and there really need for everyday and not everyday hobby, it would have been a Gitzo.
So it was a cheaper by 50% the tripod without knowing it perfectly actually the more expensive not really much inferior.
