A super good slicer.
I have long wanted to find a machine that cuts exactly where it should. This monster can. Small disadvantage is that the greasing of the parts is not covered and you if you do not think off easily mess up. The attached spacer is worked something spatzig. Otherwise, a SUPER SLICER !!!!!
