I bought this battery, unfortunately. This part holds not nearly what is promised. After three flash shots (Canon Ixus 40) appeared the warning "Battery Low", after five shots turned off the camera.
After re-charging (about 2 hours) the same thing. I then resorted again to the expensive original battery back.

Conclusion: waste.
