Heavy enough, it is even more stable with the correct height that delights my cats. Without being too large (small apartment), it is quite spacious and can accommodate all the 2. For my part, it is a pleasure not to have a tree while fur. Nevertheless, I regret that the cushions are not removable. The finishes are correct without being perfect. Good value for money.
