I found this very disappointing box. I was waiting for the perfect object: the ultimate official version, all of the music of Blade Runner that would outdo the bootlegers. But it is not. - The first CD offers us exactly the same content as the version of 94, which already had disappointed me at the time as it was lower than the versions "unofficial" full and respecting the plot of the film. - The second cd is the sole interest of the case because it allows you to hear only the atmosphere of music and various waterfalls and stuff remastered. - The third CD is a new album of Vangelis in small form, uninspired, unconvinced and unconvincing. In addition, the production is a bit "dated" for 2007 (a 1990 dating would be more accurate). With this new equipment, Vangelis tries to evoke the world of film without success because although some samples of the original are scattered here and there, I rather got the impression to dive into a pool of cliches "bladerunniesques "far, far away from the authentic. The music is not bad in itself but say the exercise is failed.
A project that reminds once again that we must leave them alone masterpieces, where they are (special message to Ridley Scott for his future remake / reboot of Blade Runner).
