Perfectly fine. The humidifier is stable, can be opened easily and refill and falls otherwise not unpleasant. He also has (apparently unlike other reviewers) not stunk with me, but is itself odorless. Only the fan itself in the machine runs rough. I have professional experience with ventilation solutions. This fan in my unit will not reach its normal lifetime (running at least a lot less time, as a fan of the extremely quiet running in the camp). At the noise you do not notice this uneven running but luckily.
Operation:
Zwie self-explanatory buttons - simple, it is not (unless a button;)). There are once each while descaling for cleaning and a water additive for disinfection. That should be enough for operation at least 6 months. The function itself is understood quickly and easily. Disassemble and reassemble for cleaning and maintenance is not a problem for me.
Volume:
At full volume, the device can be heard very clearly and it sounds like a dull vacuum cleaner on the lowest level. The lowest setting (supposedly suitable for night operation) is still clearly audible if one has a quiet bedroom. I know from experience that there is absolute silent fans - especially in the used size and with very good air flow. And for very little money. Therefore, I am absolutely disappointed with the volume at its lowest setting, although some insensitive people could still get used hereby.
Function:
The positives: The humidification works well. The device is very easy to use and maintain.
The negatives: I see after 2 weeks virtually nothing in the water of the cleaner. (Room size 18m²) This means that there is virtually no dust, pollen or been anything "washed out". Also, I have absolutely no improvement of air quality noticed (apart from humidity). Even if the device is running all day at maximum level, the effect was extremely limited. Sample, I have also deliberately spread some dust in the vicinity of the device in the air, I could virtually no effect on the device find this dust. I think in general the air flow rate is insufficient and / or the functional principle with the blowing on the water is not efficient enough.
In addition, the display always is on. How that is to be "suitable for night mode", is beyond me. I can not explain how a simple switch for the display here is not (cost?) Me. In any case, it is therefore just not appropriate in my opinion, for night operation, unless you taped the display itself. Negative comes here then the unnecessary volume has the lowest level added.
Conclusion: In principle, this device is a relatively expensive humidifier, which is also clearly visible at night. Who is really dependent on efficient air cleaning, should look at a bigger / more efficient device.
