Very good recipes gathered in a small book 12cm x 8.5cm, without illustration. Tagines poultry, meat, eggs, fish and seafood, vegetables. Finally, the essential of Moroccan cuisine, seasonings and other ingredients. The recipes are short, well explained, with a limited number of ingredients, so a reasonable cost. I, who am not a vegetarian, I loved the tagine chard, vegetables which we do not always know what to do or potatoes to p.127 mint. The number of people, the cooking time are clearly visible and revenues are a quarter of a page. I recommend it because it is cheap, it offers an inexpensive and original cuisine.
