Active stroke of work, but only after driver update

The stroke is recognized after plugging immediately. In the Device Manager then dives but on a yellow exclamation mark on the USB devices. After a long click through the USB devices in Device Manager to get behind that a generic hub was detected. But what about the yellow exclamation mark?. About the included mini-CD to get on the USB3 to Ethernet driver on the chipset of ASIX, which lies in outdated version on the CD. A Installing this does nothing. Only on the HP of ASIX to get to the latest drivers for Windows 8.1.
Important !! If you still have installed the old USB3 to Ethernet driver on the CD, only uninstall it via 'Programs and Features' and then take the new driver and see there - Goes yet - has only again time lasted that hinzukriegen. The installed chip is called ASIX AX88179 USB3.0 to Gigabit Ethernet Adapter.
