Due to the built-in Bluetooth and dimming technology but it is actually such a whopper.
The X1 on the dimensions ago but fortunately not much bigger than a normal E27 bulb, so it should fit into any light socket.
The lamp can be operated only by an app, there is no separate remote control.
One should therefore consider before buying one.
I have downloaded the Android version from the Play Store. since there was already overcome the first huere.
If one looks namely as described in the Quick Guide to English klickibunten X-Light you will not find it.
Only about XLight I can discover the app. Annoying!
The app greeted with a tripartite Infoscreen on Asian.
I do not know about you but I do not know any language from this area and was only times as pretty stupid.
Having the three intro screens then wiped intuitively I finally came up with the app, the one situated right with funny ascending paintballs which burst when you click and then change the color of the lamp.
Aha!
The next negative surprise:
The lamp is not directly connected to what you have to do only with the icon top right.
Correct information to the Quick Start Guide? Re Wrong!
Since only one is on it and then click the link would be, which is not true.
Next time you start the app this the connection just built does not notice too and you have to restart again.
What is this?
Via the Four Horsemen Color, Interaction, and Scene Settings to select various setting options also abundant but much nonsense.
This is especially true for Interaction. This menu item was a total failure for me.
"Shake and Dance", "Heart Feeling", "Roar", "Pinch Bomb", "Baby Love Color" .... ?????
All of them not not explained in the Quick Start Guide and completely unnecessary for me.
Because I'd rather have kept me on the Color tab.
There you can select more than More directly the desired color and also dim.
That works then great.
You can somehow choose different color temperatures over the Reiter Lightning.
Only there you can go to the brightest setting the lamp by selecting Pure. This is true but apparently only for the color white, other colors are thus not changed.
Do I now understand ...?
When my app is then also crashed for the third time without comment, I have given up this easy to explore just lousy piece of software on.
I use since only the tab Color / More and good.
My Conclusion:
A technically obviously beautiful LED lamp with an abysmal bluetooth control app.
One would have to save all the frills and just want an app with color selection, dimmer and color temperature control design.
That would have been better suited to the actually good lamp.
From me is why so barely 3 stars because the basic function of the lamp is fulfilled.
I hope this review could assist you in your buying decision ...
