Based on the reviews, I was convinced that the sling would be a great buy, but unfortunately far from it. My baby was about a month old, had often abdominal pain and was reassured only when I was carrying around with me. Since I usually came to nothing else, I thought that the sling would be a good option, on the one hand to calm my baby, on the other hand to take care of the household to some extent. The instructions for binding the fabric were indeed conclusive, but to get the screaming and especially wriggling baby in the sling, simply was not possible. Especially not alone, because I always had to support the head, because the baby could not hold his own head. Even together with my partner, it just was not feasible to get our little girl in the towel. A doll that does not fidget, who do not tense, which can keep the head and probably only weighs 500g, I would get in the sling, but a living baby cramps and screams like a stuck pig just did not go. Eventually, she was in the "cradle" technology, but so inconvenient and uncomfortable in the cloth that she threatened at any moment to fall out. I am an average built (1,66m, 57kg), so it can not be my stature that all did not work out. The cloth must be yes a certain length and also thickness, so that everything is secure, but all made the wrapping more complicated.
Conclusion: With a doll quite simple, but with a little baby crying, wriggling, still can not hold his head and cramped alone unfeasible. Too bad. Presumably it is with older babies who can hold her head already easier. We'll try it again, but for a start an absolute bad buy.
Addendum: Meanwhile, our little girl is already three months old, can hold his head already reasonably quiet, but when we try to push the cloth, a screaming fit starts (with her) and nothing works. All the old ... still total bad buy. Unfortunately.
