A big drawback for me as nearsighted (approximately 3 diopters) is the unfavorable focus area:
The adjustment range is too small for the distance, so I the glass more than 80 meters can not focus properly without glasses. The focus wheel strikes and then can no longer be rotated, although the image is still blurry. Nearby I can provide crystal up to 2 meters sharp the image contrast, which is virtually useless for a pair of binoculars. Once I use the glass with glasses - you can invert the eyecups for it - it works flawlessly.
