As already written other customers have this docking station to configure quickly and easily. However, one should at hard disks with hole (pressure equalization, aeration - usually is "Do not cover this hole" or "Do not cover any drive holes" next to it) take care: this is often at a point where after you insert the hard disk of the lid the docking station is present. The hard drive is if you are not careful here very warm, at worst, drawn up by the vacuum of the read / write head of the hard drive to the disc surface permanently -> plate defective. To prevent this, I have a small felt pads attached to the lid. One should make sure that it is secured to a point where no hole in the hard disk is available when attaching. To ensure that this problem should be solved. I uploaded a picture that looks like me - it is sufficient under warranty even a much smaller felt or rubber sticker, unfortunately I did not have such a hand. The lid must when you insert the disc only a few mm from the disk enclosure protruding so the air can circulate.
