The wheels are just always a compromise: The bigger they are, the easier they are running normally and even less "jerky" there for the child. However, weight and pack size to take, of course. These wheels should have pneumatic tires. I was just surprised, that I have no valves found. Especially with pneumatic tires I would have liked it to produce the tire pressure at will. The wheels are not only on the diameter size, they seem to have very solid plastic spokes, that some infected also here from the weight of the car.
To assemble the rear two wheels are pushed to the axis and quasi "firmly clicked". For the first front, the front suspension has to be mounted, then the front wheel of the three-wheeled sports car is also "clicked". The wheel can be mounted for movement or locked (straight ahead).
All straps and handles are well padded. The car has a good adjustable and beautiful sun protection, in order to always have an eye on the back with a small window the next generation.
The Chicco is quite well sprung. In "serious" grounds I have not yet driven him ... Below the car has a handy "Shopping compartment". In terms of size, the small daily shopping or even the pack diapers fits into it. Back on the handle of the car is still a kind of bag attached, where you can store a water bottle for example, to have them ready to hand.
The backrest can be adjusted in four positions. The position must be set to "very flat" for newborns. To secure the child corresponding belts are present. A practical transparent raincover included.
Conclusion: The Chicco activ3 is a good sports car that looks good. If the user has only a small car, or is physically rather petite, the Chicco Activ 3 is not the best solution. For long walks, on uneven roads and when using directly "from the hallway into the street", he plays from its strengths. Should it prove in the course of using other strengths or weaknesses that are not noticed until then, I will add a response.
