I have my converter for my older computer screen bought in to play with PlayStation. The unit can be set up very fast, use can be explained by itself. In the beginning I had problems with my PlayStation, because no picture on the monitor it was displayed. Instead, only a message with: "resolution not supported". This problem, I then solved so that I have the PlayStation again coupled to an old television, where I runterschraubt the resolution of 1080p to 720p. Then everything went, but it you have to come first.
What is also important in gaming, of course, is the loss of reaction time. Fortunately this is not felt, there is no loss at the reaction!
So: The device is to use for all purposes, including the console games, where it depends on lightning fast response. I would highly recommend it.
