[July 2014] 1) About the delivery time. When passing order on Amazon indicated that comes in three days. However, the time to transmit the command to Amazon Novoly is 10 days! So I got my mattress, not two days later but a fortnight after ordering! 2) About the packaging of mattresses. The mattress got rolled on itself. That's impressive for a mattress that price and I hope this has not damaged. 3) About the weight of the mattress. This mattress is heavy, very heavy. Perhaps ten to twenty times the weight of a traditional mattress. It is impossible for one person to move it except by pulling it to the ground. 4) About the choice of delivery The delivery man refused to get this mattress the second floor of my building saying he had no right. Who Amazon or Novoly is responsible for choosing a company that does not deliver such a heavy product in the floors? This is not indicated when passing control and we do not expect a bad surprise. Do not buy this mattress especially not if you do not have someone to help you move: it's impossible. 5) marshmallow Mattresses This mattress is not due to the vertical or even the slice horizontally: it collapses on itself (which probably explains why the driver has delivered the ball!). To mount the mattress on my loft that was an adventure of more than an hour! A crazy story! 6) The first days the mattress has a strong odor (headache careful) but this fades in ten days. 7) The mattress is very quickly (I'm 96 kilos) and becomes flatter every day. 8) The mattress is very comfortable and "soft" even if it remains firm enough once you are lying (despite its softness when moved). 9) Conclusion: Shipping = long and inappropriate (story) Installing the mattress = very problematic because of its weight and its softness. Use = comfortable and firm. My mattress was before bultex Max firmness. At first I found my novoly a little soft but very little indeed and it adapts well to the shape. So the mattress "to live" every day is good but not "install". This is why I recommend it anyway. [January 2014] My mattress seems not move (more compression) for quite some time now. It is really nice, both firm and soft. It's a pleasure to lie on it and very "sensual" in the morning. I can even sit on it at the head to read a book or work on my laptop for hours without this make me back. I just slipped two chair cushions to raise a little. After these six months spent together I still recommend although I'm not about to forget his surreal system!
