- The recipes are varied, surprising and delicious (lots of "sweet" and some "salty"). Classical yoghurts, but also licorice, salted butter caramel, with chestnut cream, strawberry candies, cookies of Reims, raspberry / violet; orange / basil, sheep / plum / rosemary, etc.
- The pictures are simple, but very nice and the book in general is very nice.
- The introduction is nice and there is a "trick of the cook" at the end of each recipe that brings ideas to the preparation.
- The index at the end of the book is divided into categories eg "timeless", "unusual", "globetrotters", etc. There is even a small table of information on equivalent measures / weight.
The little extra that makes fun: the author suggests organic farming products! :) The book is printed in France.
