Addendum: After complaining get immediate replacement, which then was fine - am satisfied with the quality, but you could almost say it is old stock. Some of the pots are stained something but do not mind me. For my purposes, I had very good results, chicken broth, vegetable broth, etc. - It is a simple pot from a German manufacturer of convinced me, but not made in Germany is - I have 69 paid for, which was ok. Therefore, I give to the disappointment and the scandal over the demolished cover (it would have just needed immediately after delivery) 4 stars
