Having acquired NERO 7 Premium in 2007, I have never known that malfunction, especially at the start. Despite Update tedious to download because of the recurrent slow server, I always met problems. Caressing the hope of improving knowledge, so I leaned on the new NERO 9 I downloaded. Apparently, this software does not work best in a Windows XP environment and actually lacking some features from the previous software. I am very disappointed .... and I will draw the consequences
