Dissatisfied with a product that does its job

Used for a macbook pro 13 inch, I am quite satisfied.
The size is perfect, adequate and does not exceed the device.
It is ergonomic, well thought out in terms of design with a long cable that stows beneath and removes the headache of "usb jack on the computer to the right or left?".
It is also a beautiful product, silent and thoughtful that does its job, namely that heated my computer cool too. We see the difference, I hear the internal fan that turns my mac less strong when the cooler is connected.
