Does what it should ... I'm very happy with it ... I use the ring with my 5D Mark II with the 70-200mm and the 24-105mm 2.8 and am very satisfied. One only has to think carefully about exactly for what you want to use the reverse ring, because the available focus range is very low and therefore only suitable for very special shots. For eg insect macro one should rather use spacers.
