The product comes in a handy storage bag to store and transport the tool and accessories with 2 cores (one for the actual picking, one for an extra drilling), a diverse set of rods crotechage of a special mini kit and charger. The chucks are clipped and removed easily. The battery can use the product without being connected to mains. Tested for the moment on 2 classic rolls (4 pins) with success. It is especially important to use the correct rod based on the lock. Most of the time the ending of a sawtooth is the case, (selectable depending on length). If not successful after 1 minute or two, change rod, and try also with straight stem without teeth. Good positioning in the cylinder axis to avoid bending the pins. A screw at the base of the chuck adjusts the amplitude of the vibration. Start at the minimum then increase if necessary. Overall, therefore, a very satisfactory product first and effective despite my lack of practice. One downside, there is no manual but fortunately the tool is not too complex.
