Type of fan efficient and quiet ride. Quality at Noctua's well proven. It cools a I7 4790k smoothly. All accessories for mounting on AMD or Intel socket are provided, as well as resistance on the connector to add more slow speed and thereby the noise if necessary. The fan itself, apart from its color (must find something to say anyway), makes very little noise, even at a more sustained pace. At low speed, there is not the "tic tic tic" that can be heard with other brand fans.
