The grater is characterized by its sharpness and the ease of use:
+ All pages are very sharp and do a great job (thick carrots, kohlrabi etc. no problem ...); the hardness remains unchanged even after a year (in my case only manual flush)
+ Particularly advantage for me as the relining of the handle in white plastic (-> Comfort Line says it all); the reinforced handle allows a better grip and therefore better handling / fixing of the grater while the other hand with the vegetables vigorously rubbing the rattles (know enough rubbing, only show the metal bracket .... these were not so easy to master that. .. especially when the palm is wet)
+ Even after one year can be observed not rust; also no loss in sharpness
+ I clean the grater by Spülbürste ... takes only a few seconds
Anyone who has cooked in common with me was always enthusiastic about this grater (I cook every day all meals) ... that it has already presented some of them -!)
Conclusion:
regardless of how long the grater their job nor does (currently no end in sight) ... I would buy them again and can highly recommend this therefore!
