The extractor itself, it is solid and works fine. By cons, to extract wiper is something else. It extracts an arm (the one whose attachment is the most centrally at cover - passenger arm). For the extraction of the other arm, it is not possible for the cover (open as closed) does not allow to position. The extractor is actually too large (at least in my case for a Clio but I think the problem must also exist for other car models.
Hence my 3 stars, otherwise I would have put 5 because it does its job (his problem is his size).
