Of course, with a re-release immediately 'fan rip-off', etc is just a single year called, and that's understandable. However, I find it a bit unfair, as coarse as jumping around with the band, the musicians themselves have to say probably not all that much to the marketing of their music - so the music industry running, unfortunately, not only today.
On the other hand Kamelot have yet ever taken a (incidentally class) live album on the market, namely the 'expedition', the new millennium. This was a very similar: 8 live song plus 3 unreleased tracks, all at a high level, but just without the former album 'The Fourth Legacy'. Back then, no one has lost even a bad word about the publication. This output is indeed almost exactly of the same kind, just stop that accompanies the 'Ghost Opera' album. Consequently, so nobody would have bitched when you have the original album simply not to set, right?
That one thus being an avid fan who has already bought the album in 2007, has to pick up a second time, it's a bit annoying, but now is there also no difference of pricing more, would make this second CD.
The live songs are all become good, unfortunately there are invariably only songs from the last two albums ('Black Halo' and 'Ghost Opera'), which I find very sad, after all, even the older albums rich in live-grade firecrackers which should be missing on any Kamelot concert - not even 'Karma' is! Perhaps you have these songs also omitted because they have already been honored at the 'One Cold Winter's Night' DVD enough.
However, the highlights of the CD are the 3 bonus songs, no doubt. 'Season's End' is a beautiful, slow song, 'Pedulous case' rather anthemic. Both are B-sides from the 'Ghost Opera', but very nice to hear.
Even better is the B-side of the 'Black Halo' thus: 'Epilogue' takes only two and a half minutes inconspicuous, but they have given him to meet up with Khan's great voice and otherwise only piano and acoustic guitar with me really deep into the heart dig: A great song, in my opinion on the original CD of 'The Black Halo' at least as a hidden track should be present.
The song is also played by the way in which immortalized here live show and comes with even more passion over than in the studio recording.
The last bonus song is the 'remix' of 'Rule the World'. Whether this misfortune has befallen us with the consent of the band, I doubt it. Personally, I find it in any case extremely poor.
Who has not the original, can strike confidently as a fan of the band. All others should consider whether a live album is worth the money. If one then passes as a result of a 'No', the three B-sides can be purchased individually as MP3s is yes.
