Good device with attractive price

After I learned that now PVR is functional, I have bought a further TechnoTrend TT-micro S835 HD + PVR. In this new device, the matching remote control with all the recording features is.

After the latest update everything works fine.
The HD picture is super. Also at SD channels, the picture is fine.

I have a 2.5 inch Freecom Hard Drive (320GB) connected to the USB port. The power is supplied via the
USB port on the receiver.

After the update for PVRready function I have connected to the "older" TechnoTrend TT-micro S835 HD + a 3.5-inch hard drive with 1 TB (also from Freecom with power supply). About Techno Görler I bought a new PVRready-remote with buttons to control recording. Recording has always worked, even with HD + transmitters. The programming of recordings is easy via EPG or immediately.

The HD recordings of public service broadcasting and SD channels can fast forward and rewind as well as view and edit on a PC. The recording format is "ts".

However, the shipments of HD + (private broadcasters) can not be taken forward or rewind during playback. The reputation and the processing of these recordings on the PC is not possible.

In addition, the receiver has the function of a CEC control over TV remote control. I can the receiver to my TV remote control (via HDMI - HDMI CEC). My TV is a Philips 47 PFL7 7404th

I have previously tried several other receiver. They included, among others Technisat HD +, HD + SmartCX10, Nanoxx Omega HD + with twin tuner.

Technisat HD + was not receiving strong enough for my satellite system.
SmartCX10 HD + has refused to take charge of private HD + transmitters.
Nanoxx Omega was the most expensive and had to's then time not mature (see my review Nanoxx Omega). As it is now I can not judge.

My Conclusion:
The TechnoTrend TT-micro S835 HD + is inexpensive supplies, a very good picture, recording and playback function (with restrictions on HD + channels).
