The picture and sound quality is great. If you connect the device via HDMI to the TV to see not only HD programs from good. Even normal channels have a significantly better image than with my old device via SCART.
The operation and menu navigation are actually quite OK (if you like the colors ;-)). Although there is no comparison to Neutrino on a DBox but you can live with.
Switching times are OK. Time Shift is working very well and the recordings can be made even on a NTFS formatted USB media (flash drive or disk). These recordings can be converted with a small tool in the TS format, that you can view with a PC and processed.
Also works well, I find the way the channel list on a USB flash drive to back up. There you can then with a program of the COMAG WEB edit page. This is much easier than using the remote control. After editing to read your list simply again and everything is sorted nicely.
Have purchased the product at Amazon. Unfortunately, it was delivered with a firmware that does not allow record and no time shift. After a little rumsuchen the Internet I found a new firmware that has brought these features suddenly revealed. Just funny that they are actually specified in the manual. The update itself was very simple with a USB stick. So who makes the most PVR functions should have a little experience with the PC.
Another small problem is the device with the EPG. This is in principle but somehow put it out after a while and you can bring it back to life only a short off and on.
So my conclusion: The device has a very good value for money. If you want to use the full potential of the hardware you will need to invest some time and tolerate a few small quirks.
