after the great Mario Kart Wii I ordered the successor to Mario Kart 7, which is a solid game, but has yet to deal with a few quirks.
First the positives:
-The Game looks good
-16 + 16 new routes from older parts, all of which are implemented carefully
-Many Items
-Klassiche Nintendo music that was well implemented
-Good 3D effect
-Karts Can be assembled of 3 parts (body, wheels and paragliding)
Coins must be collected in the race to unlock new kart parts
-Precise Control
-In Addition to the classic race there again coins Battle, Balloon Battle and Time Trial
-Mario Kart typical joy when still 1 is nearing conclusion
-And Of course the frustration when you get hit in the home stretch of a blue tank :)
-Online Mode is fun
Now the negatives:
-The Game is not just offers a lot of variety, the same cup with the same routes at different levels of difficulty are in single player always offered, but that you know from the predecessors
-In Comparison with Mario Kart Wii is weakening the online mode with connection problems. Often the 3DS is not a group, even though I'm sitting 2 feet from the router, although were fewer problems in the Wii version. Some days the game was no groups and the community-mode was not working. This need not be.
-The Playable characters, at least not well chosen for me, on the honeybee queen or metal Mario I could have done without (a matter of taste)
-The Game is compared to the previous less action-heavy and significantly "more slowly", which is somewhat eludes me the game
Conclusion: Despite the negative aspects of Mario Kart 7 is become a good game. Evt patches Nintendo online mode yet and there are fewer connection problems.
