OK: Audio quality could be better. As a comparison I use the same phone a Bose QuietComfort 15. In sum the interlocutor with the Plantronics headset sounds sometimes a bit dull and distant. The Opposite understands a usually good, but you have to speak loudly enough. As I would have expected more of a boom microphone (use the device in the open-plan office). Ambient noise is not particularly strong filtered out, so often you get the feedback "is very loud with you."
Bad: voice prompts of the headset. For me, clearly well-intentioned but not well done. The headset acknowledges (now with the latest software update only when you mute, but that is still too much) the mute with the elongated set "beep - activated microphone mute". Meanwhile, one understands unfortunately, nothing more. I would extend the purely visual feedback about the red illuminated microphone icon on the remote control. That should be configurable via the software.
