+ Automatic resizing
+ Stability by quite thick plastic
+ 5.5 cm inner diameter of (unfortunately) circular earpads
-> Non-optimum seat
+ Relatively comfortable seat by height adjustment and soft ear pads
+ Cable of sufficient length and different extensions
o little insulation, ambient noise is quite strong perceived
Sound & Micro:
+ Good sound with the usual clear bass for games
+ Good localization ability eg by step noise or shots
o as in gaming headsets usual for music rather unsuitable
+ Good flexible, retractable micro
+ When recording quality there are no problems
Criticisms:
- Acts sometimes rickety despite the actually rather hohwertigen workmanship
- The cables are unfortunately rather thin
- Rope construction of the automatic height adjustment squeak sometimes
- During extended the rounds cushion / headphones can press on the ears (especially with large ears)
Conclusion: Does compared to Asus Echelon somewhat rickety, although it is not easily noticeable! The comfort for me was the Asus Echelon better with oval, larger and wider upholstery. Qualitatively, the two headsets at a similar level.
