The lamp is not intended as a normal ceiling lamp. As you can see from the pictures it is rather to use for suspended ceilings.
The assembly, however, is quite simple and it's all settled what you can do to it. I myself have no such blanket so I tested only the functions. The light is very good- a little on the cold side but quite usable.
