The Gigaset C620A replaced with us a Gigaset S455 (single possible use; not accustomed to anything new required acquisition of extensive phonebook). Basically, the C620A met our expectations. The voice quality is perfect (no noise), the operation (almost) perfect, the design succeeded. But then we realized it detects a fault: the handset, the C620A the "assumption key" (green) is not illuminated when the display lighting. This is us only noticed because at the mitbestellten C620H additional handset everything worked. So the C620A back to Amazon. The replacement took place immediately! But again, the lighting assuming key did not work again. Seems to be a fundamental problem with the C620A. The problem occurs with us only when the backlight is turned on. For incoming calls, the acceptance button will turn green. It is therefore "only" one flaw (at the price should not be). Since the function of the phone is of but not impaired and we finally wanted to start up our phones, we reserve the device now. Other issues that (negative) we noticed: - The R button is no longer a stand-alone key but with on the 0-button (now requires a look at the phone's in-service - awkward). - The ring tones are already getting used to; but the choice was already at S455 weak - therefore not such a big surprise. All in all a nice phone (ease of use, good functions and good voice quality) with light "quirks".
