Good support, good privacy, the first device was unfortunately defective

Unfortunately, the first tracker was broken, but I was sent without difficulty by the seller in the same week replacement and I need not send them back, but only dispose of the defective device. The replacement works perfectly.

The data can be stored on the PC, so that they remain with the users and not ghosts anywhere else online around.

Due to the good a support part of the seller and data protection I forgive 5 star, although the first device was unfortunately defective.
