I tested the mount with an iPhone 6 in an Opel Zafira. What struck me, that is the inclination of the windshield to flat. The iPhone 6 can indeed be put into the cradle, but get this contact with the disc. If one collapses the lower bracket, can the phone inserting deep into the holder. The holder rather than just acting stable and I worry that can slip out my iPhone 6 with a bump. Smaller units can be certainly put better.
Alternatively, I have the support of the small front-side window mounted (not the door window). For me it is also a good option, but just not the best windshield position. For longer trips, there were no tremors or shaking. It has also not been solved.
All in all, it is a successful mount. Only the combination with an iPhone 6 is not in with my Opel Zafira optimal. Here, the width of the device is not the problem. Only the length of the flattened and windshield.
