Good virus protection but little weaknesses in detail

Kaspersky was so many years for the antivirus program per se, even though I was never a fan of sonderlicher. In tests in recent years, unfortunately, turned out that Kaspersky had lost a lot of ground here, but I wanted to try the prog times on my machine, although I am very pleased with ESETwirklich.
Therefore, I try to put towards a possible Kaspersky ESET.

In Kaspersky a bank manager and a password manager is included, which is not the case with ESET, I have not even missed.

2. Internet protection under Win8.1

Installation was quite simple and straightforward, as the first is an update to be driven up to date virus definitions, but this is the case with every program. This is followed by an anti-virus scan of the hard drive, which runs in the background but not at all, but took with me the Großtei laptop Rssourcen to complete. It then took a while before the scan was through, here and there, I thought, to have to cancel because I was expecting a crash. This was not so luckily, after about an hour was over and I was able to continue working. With ESET as with the free AntiVir This process runs in the background and you can continue to operate safely. To this end, there is a star deduction.
Otherwise Kaspersky operates normally in the background without it would be a deterioration of the computer system noticeably.
The Live Protection check downloads reliable. Again, I could see no particular harm.
Child protection I do not need, so can not comment here. Likewise, I do not use the cloud, which is supposed to connect the app to your smartphone, but clouds are clearly too uncertain to me.

3. Protection for your smartphone

For simplicity, I have downloaded the program from the Kaspersky Google Play Store and not from the CD. The installation went fine and the code entry. But I had problems with the Internet connection via WLAN, which now constantly broke. I'm really not a layman, but I have not brought the app for easy running and uninstalled. Therefore I 1 star deduction.
Here again, ESET points that installs easily, imperceptibly runs in the background and provides reliable protection.

4. Conclusion
Kaspersky is prinzpiell a good antivirus program. The smartphone app still leaves something to be desired, the additional programs you also get free on the Internet for download. For the price I would but I definitely ESET down because you can protect 5 devices optimally here to the suite.
